The Ole Miss Rebels have managed an unlikely win against Georgia Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs appeared dejected towards the end of the game, while the Rebels kept their cool and drove the victory home. Most pundits had expected the Bulldogs to win with ease, and the loss to such an inferior opponent is a tough blow to the lofty expectations for the program. Meanwhile, the Rebels fans were celebrating in the street, having had their hopes for the future bolstered at least momentarily.

The local media seems to have picked their newest fancy: Arthur Mcdaniels - DT. Arthur Mcdaniels - DT is everywhere in the NC media. Dealing with interview requests and evaluating endorsement deals threatens to detract from his play on the field. Seeing how Mcdaniels navigates this surging media attention will be an interesting story to follow. Good day fellow football fanatics. I am happy to deliver another round of analysis in this edition of Recruiting Watch With Darren Francis. As always, in these early season installments of Recruiting Watch, we cover two of the most coveted recruits. Lets go!

Vicente Bone - WR:
Vicente Bone is a blooming WR, out of GA specifically, GLYNN ACADEMY. Bone is a 5 star recruit, and his overall ranking is 12. He is 6' 1" tall, weighs 191 pounds and is 18 years old.

Knows what it takes to achieve success at any level. This is the kind of kid you want to promote the game. Well behaved, loves the game, and respectful. What can I say? The guy loves to win and it shows on the field. Fast enough to challenge good cornerbacks in man coverage. And enough speed to threaten the deep ball. Has the balance and shiftiness to work well on short and intermediate routes from the slot. If you watch the tape again, you can see he plays with nice instincts.

Teams are competing for the signature of the promising WR. It is going to be a hard decision to make, when the list of teams includes Vicente Bone.

Persons acquainted with him say that Bone likely will commit to the Alabama Crimson Tide. But whether that knowledge is reliable is hard to tell.

Kenneth Dix - G:
Kenneth Dix is an accomplished G, who played high school football at HUGUENOT HS, VA. Dix is ranked as a 5 star recruit, and 19 overall. Dix is 6' 4" tall, weighs 300 pounds and is 19 years old.

He is driven. He pushes himself. Sportsmanship, love of the sport and respect, is what you get with him. This kid never gives up, losing is unacceptable to him. This is a guy who is already a pretty good blocker in the run game. His pass blocking skills is something teams like about him. Very coachable.

Here is a kid who no one doubts will put in the work. Makes good cuts. Fast enough that you want to keep him from reaching the second level. Really strong for a kid his age.

The Hurricanes appeared dejected towards the end of the game, while the Hokies kept their cool and drove the victory home. Most pundits had expected the Hurricanes to win with ease, and the loss to such an inferior opponent is a tough blow to the lofty expectations for the program. Meanwhile, the Hokies fans were celebrating in the street, having had their hopes for the future bolstered at least momentarily.
